We are at Emporium Thai on a Tuesday night and it was not busy at all. We were seated immediately even though we were late for our reservation. Our waitress was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. I had the pad thai which was delicious and my daughter had spicy eggplant. She said the spicy eggplant was tasty and they ask what level of spiciness you would like for your dish. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great thai food experience.

Everything was deeelicious & the portion sizes were great (I was so hungry I only got one pic, sorry...). I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp & Thai iced tea, splitting egg rolls with my friend who ordered pad Thai with chicken & shrimp, plus mango sticky rice. We got a table for the two of us relatively fast despite somewhat limited seating and it being a busy Friday night. The low lighting would make for a nice date setting if you don't mind close-ish seating. Only docking a star because my friend's fork in her table setting was dirty (no food, just some sort of water spots) and service was pretty slow, even towards the end of dinner when things had really slowed down and we just needed the check. Still, I would return!

Location: Near UCLA. Street parking. Service: Everyone was friendly, attentive, and the food came out quickly. Ambiance: We came for dinner and the place was dimly lit, giving a romantic, cozy vibe. Perfect spot for a date night! Food: Crab Fried Rice: Oh, man. It's definitely a contender for the best crab fried rice we've ever had. Nice chunks of crab scattered throughout, and perfectly seasoned. Southern Curry: This one was great as well. Super flavorful and generous portion. Nice mix of vegetables and proteins. Mango sticky rice: Not our favorite mango sticky rice, but great presentation. It was more sweet than mango-y. Overall, it's my favorite type of place: simple and delicious.

Talk about tasty Thai! One of my favorite Thai spots in Los Angeles! You could try to wear it out but it just never gets old. So scrumptious!! I could go on about what I had and blah blah blah and although I've been there a handful of times, I've never had anything I didn't like. Also if you enjoy spicy, they have no problem turning up the heat so find your "heat(#)index" and get turnt. Plenty to choose from on the menu and offers a good price range for the great quality of cuisine. The restaurant boasts a celebrity clientele and has pictures and slideshows of them all over so there's plenty to look at during the short wait for the food to come out. Emporium Thai is IT...you'll love it so go lift your spirits a little today.
